Edward Hayes is an experienced real estate entrepreneur and financier with over 20 years of experience in the field.
During his career, Edward Hayes has bought, sold and owns through his holding companies a multitude of properties ranging from land to commercial buildings to multi-unit residential projects.
Currently, his portfolio consists of numerous residential and commercial Canada and the US, extensive land holdings located in different sections of North America as well as hotel/land development projects in the Caribbean.
In 2003, Edward Hayes began providing mortgage financing and has grown the business into a consistently successful boutique-lending firm, experiencing steady growth in loan volume and financing projects of upto $180 million.

Maydolen has 10 years experience in the field of administration, has extensive knowledge of computer programs and communicates well with our clientele.
Maydolen has a bachelor of law degree from the University « Marta Abreu » of Las Villas, Cuba,
She has training in marketing and commercial negotiation from ACCS, Cuba and in international contracts from CGESTA, La Havane, Cuba.
As well Maydolen completed the program in French and Intigration with UQAM-MICC, Montreal.
Maydolen is fluent in French and Spanish.

Radu Musoiu has been a valued employee of the Hayes Group of Companies. He was participated in many aspects of building maintenance and management and worked diligently to keep our properties in excellent condition.
In 2012 Radu completed his degree in Business Administration, specializing in business financing and graduated first in his Class with an accompanying award. He subsequently received unsolicited employment offers from a number of organizations.
He is experienced in property management and has an extensive knowledge of various financial and management software programs including Hopem, Applied Business Software and other programs.
Radu is well travelled and trilingual.
His knowledge and experience in many aspects of real estate makes him a key member of our team and an excellent Controller.
